Business Cards

Ja ook ik heb inmiddels de welbekende visitekaartjes! Misschien is het voor jullie wel leuk om deze even van dichtbij te bekijken! Ik zal er wat uitleg bij geven en een aantal redenen voor de tekst die hierop staat. Als eerste heb ik dus gekozen voor een Nederlandse tekst, ondanks dat deze website tweetalig is. Deze keuze heb ik gemaakt omdat deze visitekaartjes voor de website zijn gemaakt, maar ook omdat ik gelnagels zet.

Yes, I have them too.. The business cards! I thought it would be fun to show them to you because they're half for the website too! I will explain some things about the cards and about the text. At first you can see that my business cards are completely dutch. I know that this website has 2 languages but I made this choice because I use these cards for people who wants gelnails.

Dirty Berry is een prachtig paars lakje. Paars is ook wel een beetje mijn favoriete nagellak kleur dus wellicht dat Dirty Berry daarom zo in zijn voordeel is. Catrice beweerd zelf dat Dirty Berry een heuse holografische lak is. Er zitten zeker wel holografische deeltjes in, maar verwacht geen regenboog op je nageltjes hoor! Ondanks dat hij niet super holo is, vind ik hem zelf wel echt prachtig!


Dirty Berry is a gorgeous purple polish. I love purple so maybe that's the reason why I like this polish so much.. Catrice said about this polish that Dirty Berry is a holographical one. Hmm holographic? Yes it has holographic parts, and I like that. But don't expect a rainbow on your nails while wearing Dirty Berry. Maybe it's not super holo, but I do like this polish!

Bovenstaande foto is in het zonnetje gemaakt. Je kunt duidelijk zien dat er inderdaad wat holografische deeltjes zitten in Dirty Berry. Gelukkig is de applicatie van Dirty Berry erg fijn, hij lakt niet streperig (zoals de meeste ander holo's wel doen). 2 Laagjes lak is genoeg voor een dekkend resultaat.


Above picture is made in sunlight. You can clearly see some holographic parts in Dirty Berry. Luckily the application of Dirty Berry is very nice! Most holographic polishes apply bad and streaky, but Dirty Berry does not! 2 Layers of polish is enough for a complete opaque result.

Broken Hearted With Flakies

Vorige week liet ik jullie al één van de suggesties met Broken Hearted zien. Namelijk de gele basiskleur, ook heb je al eens een groene en een nude basis kunnen zien. Mirte van CrazyBeauty kwam met de suggestie om een Nude basis met flakies onder Broken Hearted te gebruiken! En uiteraard heb ik dat leuke idee ook even uitgeprobeerd, zie hieronder het resultaat!

Last week I showed you one of the suggestions with Broken Hearted. I showed you a yellow base, a green base and a nude base. Mirte from CrazyBeauty emailed me with the suggestion to use a nude polish with flakies under Broken Hearted. Ofcourse I tried this out, and check out the results below!

Misa Wishes Collection

Omdat het vandaag Hemelvaartsdag is en dus bijna iedereen een vrije dag heeft heb ik besloten vandaag 2 artikeltjes online te plaatsen (voor alle massale vervelers die we vandaag gaan krijgen ;)). Misschien is het jullie al opgevallen dat ik vrijwel nooit artikeltjes plaats over nieuwe collecties ( Ik vind het zelf behoorlijk saai om weken achter elkaar steeds hetzelfde artikel op verschillende blogs voorbij te zien komen),  maar de Wishes collectie van Misa is een uitzondering! Vandaag even een heel ander soort post dan de dagelijkse swatches, reviews en nailarts! Namelijk een hoe kun je een nagelblogger herkennen! Deze post is eigenlijk voort gekomen uit een uitprobeer sessie van mijzelf.
